If something breaks it takes them weeks to put right. Sauna took 6 weeks to fix, steam room took around the same time. The single cold shower has been broken since Christmas, it is now mid march and it still isn't working!!! In the changing areas, at least half the lockers are either broken or permanently locked and cleaning is pretty much non-existent. Heston is my local facility, takes 3-4 mins to get there but whenever I can I spend 15-20 mins travelling to Isleworth instead because Heston is just the pits these days.

I used to practice swimming three days a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. However the pool introduced (without prior warning) women's only days on Mondays and Saturdays so I was forced to change to another swimming pool, with the nearest one being an additional 30 minutes away. I was quite frankly disgusted and outraged that I was banned from partaking in the sport that I love because of my gender. I don't know how it is at all legal for such disgusting discrimination to take place. I will never return to Heston Pool again, you disgusting bunch of bigots.

They have a pool, cardio machines upstairs and a weight room. Can get a little crowded but not too bad. Relatively speaking this is one of the roomier workout facilities that I have used in Europe. I am from the US and it takes a little bit of getting used to since everything in the States is much bigger.
