As I sat on the patio, I tried the Belgium waffle and I am pretty sure it was the best I had in Belgium. It was so crisp and so light. I also had the "kiwi one" (I didn't know what to call it, I think it is just called a biscuit) and it ended up being tongue melting. I sat there slowly eating each bite just to make it last longer.
Dessert are made in-house which tends to be more and more rare.
I had a few lovely chats with the vibrant owner and this spot ended up being one of my favorite stops in Antwerp and Belgium.
Just lovely.
