He was happy to listen to all of our questions and give answers straight away. He also prepared the quote on the spot which was great. We decided to get them to do the install which they did a week after the quote. Peter and the crew that did the install were brilliant. They were very experienced and friendly and listened to all requests and made adjustments to meet our needs as necessary. They were also very tidy and we are exceptionally pleased with the quality of installation that they did. They also worked really hard and did not leave until after 7pm when the job was done. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Efficiently completed in 2 days. Plum have been servicing our old gas heater and evaporative cooler for many years without a problem. I recommend them.

I tried to organise cooling repair on behalf of an elderly 86 year old family member who doesn't speak English. The man we originally spoke to was brilliant but he's no longer with the company. After weeks of back and forth to get the most accurate quote for repair and getting photos for them, and telling them it was for an elderly lady... The "repairman" arrived and simply tried to sell a $13,000+ system ON TOP of charge the "repair" fee then immediately started chasing up for $340 repair fee without doing a thing. The woman I have complained to and been chasing up is extremely condescending and not at all service oriented. Find a different company unless maybe you want to invest in a new system. And even then I'd go somewhere else rather than this overpriced, money hungry, non-service oriented bunch.
