This is not the 1st time the manager gave very poor customer service! Also when dealing with this matter by phone he continued to raise his voice until he said what he wanted with out finishing listening to my wife about the situation, then threatened my wife and hung up (side note here, that is a Federal punishable crime ) Also when confronted in the store about a previous item he yelled and carried on until we got what we came in for ( a defective item) A person spends over $2100.00 in a weeks time and gets treated like this makes for a very good reason not to support a local downtown business. I have had far better treatment from big box stores for way less money spent. As someone else said...con artist!!! No worries, we will not be back along with several other potential customers. And by the way manager....quit threatening everyone involved, it just makes my review stronger, I hope you are happy with yourself messing with a former customer having multiple disabilities and multiple people witnessing your behavior.
