We have contracted HHS Contracting for our commercial snow removal services this year after using a few other services in the city. We have had terrible luck finding a company that will communicate with us when we have concerns or adjustments to our service, especially considering how expensive they have been for plowing. We came across HHS online and decided to give them a try. They were by far the most professional company, coming into our office to meet us and take a look at the property before giving us a quote, and once we did get the quote we were shocked to see that their pricing was much more competitive than our previous vendors. I have been continually impressed by the personalized service we have received, and staff have mentioned that we have never had the parking lot look this good in winter. We are now considering having HHS handle our other seasonal needs as well as they seem to care more about the quality of work than the others we have used. I was also shocked to read the other reviews on this page because we have had no problems whatsoever with them, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. This is the 4th year we are using HHS Contracting for both our residential snow removal and our spring/summer/fall yard/lawn maintenance. Re: Snow Removal - very prompt, efficient and courteous (polite) crews. We have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for snow removal. Re: Summer maintenance - we have a regular weekly allotted day - again very prompt, efficient and courteous (polite) crews. With either service, it has never been necessary to contact HHS with any complaint. HHS Contracting management/office staff are helpful, gracious and amazing. HHS cares about their customers! They initially visited my home and were very professional explaining their services. What impressed me was the fact that they kept me informed via iphone if and when they would remove snow. They were always within their timeframe and I always had the cleanest sidewalks in the neighborhood all winter. As a senior this service was priceless because of their prompt, efficient removal of snow and ice they made it safe for me to use. Also, if at any time during the service I had any questions or concerns I was able to contact HHS by email or phone and they resolved any issue immediately. We have used HHS Contracting for two years for our residential snow removal. The snow was removed in a timely manner, usually before the time frame stated in the contract. We find them to be very responsible and through . We live in an area outside of Edmonton proper. We have also used HHS Contracting for some small landscaping cleanup jobs and found them to be very hardworking. They clean up the area after the work is done and they haul the refuse away. We will continue to use HHS Contracting for our snow removal in the coming years. We also like that they post on facebook what is happening and when the crews will be dispatched. Went online to write a positive review about the services my husband and I have experienced all year and was surprised to see the negative comments. I have to say it must be some unreasonable people that don't realize just how much snow has come this year or just how much hard work is involved in lawn maintenance. The crew that does our house has been absolutely fantastic, meticulous, on-time and actually coming each day it snows during the big snowfalls, despite not having to by contract. . Just went through the Quoting process with HHS Contracting. They are amazing! Called, got to speak with a real person, they came out to our house and within 24-hours I had a comprehensive six-page quote. Everything about them (their website, phone support, quote documents) scream professionalism. We're so happy to be signed up with them again. Snow was removed in a timely manner probably 95% of the time. Typical removal was started by 9 AM after a snowfall the night before. Showed up to clear the snow twice during a heavy snow fall. My neighbor hired a different company and I was getting the better service, my snow was typically removed 6-12 hr before my neighbors. Only issue was on the first snow removal they didn't follow my request to not use salt. read more
