These folks are without a doubt, great to work with. We had a late delivery on an electric range and microwave. The microwave was installed professionally and quickly. When plugging in the range, the receptacle shorted out and tripped all the breakers including the main condo breaker for our unit. I had Hi Desert return the stove due to concerns that the electric short may have damaged the range. These folks tried to find a solution. The next day Nevada Electric and an electrician From Robinson Electric had the problem fixed before 9:30 A.M. The main breaker for our Condo would not reset. The Electrician tried to find a replacement breaker. However, he tapped the breaker releasing, sand and dirt. He tested the breaker and it worked. Problem solved. Contacted Jimmy at Hi Desert and suggested ordering new range instead of taking a chance with having issues with the one that was involved with the sparking receptacle. These are great folks to work with and Home Depot Hi Desert Delivery will soon have more of our business. Great job all the way around. read more

Had an oven and range hood delivered on the 19th for a 96 year old woman. They delivered it and did not fully push the oven back to the wall. Then they left saying they were done. After several phone calls to Home Depot inquiring as to where the range hood was they said it was still on the truck and would be brought back. Two days later by chance the hood was found sitting in the back yard as High Desert left if there and failed to let the home owner know where they dumped her brand new product. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 50 YEARS!!!!! I purchased 14 appliances from Home Depot in Bullhead City AZ for my 4 units at the same address. I ordered new appliances for each unit and expected them to be delivered and installed in each unit. Home Depot was aware of the 4 unit delivery to the same location. This company rescheduled the delivery since one of the appliances was back ordered. No problem. I get a call the day before that the delivery will be between 7:30-11am. No Problem. I was there at 7:45am to meet the guys. As I get out of the car, Daryl says ok we are delivering to unit 1 only! WHAT??? No, I need them to go into different units with the different appliances. He said NO, we are not going to deliver to any unit but unit 1 because the warranty will be void if they deliver in any of the other units. I told him are you kidding me, the warranty is on the appliance not the property of where its delivered!! He argued with me, so I told him to put his manager on the phone, and he argued with me that his paperwork said unit 1! I was so angry that I called Home Depot's manager and he told the manager to High Desert Appliance Delivery to go ahead and accommodate me. This manager even argued with the Home Depot manager and wouldn't accommodate me. WOW!! I had to have all but unit 1's appliances moved in a garage that was on this property and home depot manager had to send 2 of their own guys to help me move them to the different units! Never will I allow this company to ever deliver to any of my properties!!! They are the worst I have ever seen and I have many rental properties with appliances delivered from different companies and have never experienced this type of service!! DON"T EVER USE THEM!!!!! read more

This is the worst and disrespectful delivery company I have ever experienced. They installed a over the range microwave and over tighten the stud bolts in the upper cabinet, and left telling me to get some blocks of wood to reniforce the studs cause its a heavy microwave. Very cocky additude very messy.don't ever want anything to b delivered from home depot using this company. read more

Worst customer service ever still waiting on a refrigerator that they should have already delivered, but this company has not done any follow up with Samsung because they say that is not their responsibility and have told me that I need to call and find out the status of my refrigerator. It took them 3 days to call Samsung for a replacement refrigerator being the one they brought out on the 3rd of December was damaged. They will not follow up with Samsung tell me it is my responsibility. Do not use this company. If you buy from Home Depot have items shipped to store so you can pick them up yourself or have Home Depot deliver with their box truck. read more
