I called Grant trucking and spoke to Ellwin, he sent one of his guys (Devin) to help us block up the axle so we could drive the rig to his shop. (He did this to save us a tow bill). I was nervous to drive our 5th wheel this way, but we made it to his shop. He did not have all the parts we needed so I drove to Gillette WY to get the parts he needed. We arrived back at his shop at 5:00pm he and his guys went to work, wow at quitting time! They installed the new brake assembly, wheel bearing and hub back on and were complete by 6:30pm. As it was late in the evening I asked Ellwin if we could camp in his equipment yard for the evening since it was late in the day. He found us a nice spot in a grassy area to spend the night, it was a blessing!! Oh -- the price for doing this work, was much less than I was expecting. Grant trucking took excellent care of us!!

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!

We have not purchased the car as of this writing so my comments only reflect on my experience of the sales staff and managers. This was also our first experience with electric vehicles beyond YouTube, reading internet posts or hearsay. Our sales representative, Shane Scott, was professional and knowledgeable. He had practical experience with the car and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The three of us took turns test driving the car with his excellent guidance as to the features, upsides and downsides of an electric vehicle. The management and financing team were supremely helpful. I did not feel excessively pressured by anybody there. The terms of the deal were made plain. In all it was a very clean, professional experience at a very nice facility. We still have not as of this writing decided if we are going to buy an electric vehicle, or even an EV6 specifically, but I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership if we decide on this model.

We thene went in to Kia to get our reimbursement of insurance, gap, service insurance and two or three other prepaid items, for the sold vehicle. We have now been waiting FIVE months for the reimbursements, in the five months they have ignored my phone calls, They have changed the contact person and did not notify me. I call one or two times a day, but they do not seem to care, They are absolutely ridiculous, I am now forced to go to the State Department monitoring Auto dealerships to get support. It has been a lot of work and stress to just receive a reimbursement, due back to me by law! They certainly had no problem charging me will over $6000.00 good morning for these items during the purchase.
