When I pull up they usually have a few people ahead but they always keep the lines of communication open. They offer you a cold beverage and give you a estimate time on how long it will take. They scanned inside my door and were able to let me know what oil is best for my vehicle. They offer to change your air filter and windshield wipers if they need changing. I love that they go through every single step of the process of getting a oil change. Miles gave me excellent customer service and honored my coupon. I was also given a free car wash !

Quickly,…read morebefore even assessing my vehicle, I was told I needed to replace all four tires and was quoted for a full set of new all-weather tires, despite the vehicle only having about 18,500 miles on it. Oh, yes, "with discounts and all" (Im so lucky, wink) When I questioned the recommendation, I did not feel that the advice was backed by clear measurements or evidence. Instead, I felt pressured toward a very expensive repair. I decided to get a second opinion and am very glad I did. Just down the street, Tire Squad Company inspected my vehicle and determined that my existing tires still had plenty of tread life remaining. They replaced only the damaged tire, and I was back on the road for $77 and in 30 min with care and kindness. A huge thank you to Ehab and Mohammed at Tire Squad Company for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything clearly. They saved me a substantial amount of money and restored my faith that there are still trustworthy tire shops out there. If you receive a major tire replacement recommendation from this Firestone location, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars.
