For about an hour I was given a run down on everything I needed to know about owning and running a Jacuzzi. While I did enjoy the tutorial, I was sure that once this guy was done, he was going to try and sell me a million and one things I didn't need. But, surprisingly, I walked out with about $50 worth of chlorine tablets, and a few other little things that made the running of the Jacuzzi a whole lot easier. He could see I was a little concerned. Although the technicians were fully booked the next day , Mark said he would come over himself early the next morning before going to the shop. True to his word, he arrived early and quickly fixed the problem. He also gave me some sound advice about maintaining the pool. His knowledge and people skills were outstanding.
