It's so refreshing to experience good old common sense, integrity and honesty in business these days. I gave these guys a call about a frustrating situation with my truck. I didn't have to talk to a machine and hope for a call back or anything. I talked to a human right away. Maybe I was lucky... I'm not naïve enough to assume there will always be a human available to answer the phone immediately, but just sharing my experience here. I explained my situation... explained what I had already tried... fully expected to give my address, wait for someone to come over to fix the problem and charge me appropriately. I was prepared for that scenario to play out. That's when the plot twisted a bit. The human on the phone suggested I try something that I hadn't thought of... and it worked. No service call necessary, no charge, happy camper on my end! Yes, he absolutely could have gotten in his van and come out to do what he told me to do himself... but it obviously wasn't necessary! How cool is that? Next time I have a problem in the locksmith arena... or if I hear of a friend who needs a locksmith, this will be my first call or first suggestion! I misplaced my primary 2019 Subaru Outback key fob and dropped the secondary key fob in the Pacific Ocean while Dungeness crabbing. Purchased two reconditioned key fobs from eBay and made an appointment with a locksmith near my work, Chico. He was afraid my vehicle might be immobilized and didn't want to program these key fobs. After doing research in Yelp, made an appointment with Yuriy. He arrived on time and checked my key fobs. Somehow they were not detected my vehicle and he tried a second programming tool but it didn't work either. He brought his own key fob and it was detected by my vehicle. He explained that the 2019 Outback key fob uses several different color versions of pods and only the same color pod would work. He offered to sell his key fob at a very reasonable price and I agreed to pay more than what he was asking. After successfully programming one key fob, he cut other keys and program them as additional valet keys. In addition, he provided me with door only key too. I lost my fob . I bought a new one and went on youtube so see how to program a new one. My stupid 2008 avalon has no key for the ignition so I was unable to program it myself. I called Yuri. He was here at my house in 30 minutes and programmed my smart(stupid) key. Cut my door key (only opens door) (no ignition key ) All the time was about a half hour. I saved around $300. He also gave me some info on how to use the the car lock and unlock without pushing on the fob buttons. Very happy.
