I've been coming to this location for a while and usually order the same specific meal. Recently my order was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen and I completely understand that, but what matters most is how a business handles it afterward. I called the store to explain the issue, and while I was speaking with them they suddenly put the phone down and started taking another customer's order without saying anything to me. I had to hang up and call back just to get their attention because it was clear I was being ignored. When I finally spoke with them again, the employees kept going back and forth with me about the details of the order even though it was clearly made wrong. I asked if they could simply remake the order and that I would come pick it up. They told me I needed to bring the incorrect order back. I explained that I had already thrown it away but took a picture of the food and receipt as proof. If the food was going to be thrown away anyway and not resold, there shouldn't be a reason to require customers to bring it back. When I arrived at the store, the employees continued arguing instead of resolving the issue. They wouldn't even accommodate the extra yum yum sauce that I had already paid for. This experience was extremely frustrating. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and very disappointing customer service. Totally unacceptable. read more

Yeah, I would never come back here again. Me and my son came In here to eat food and sit down mind, that's not my first time that I came to this place it was kind of my favorite hibachi express so we decided to sit inside to eat, and I got two refills while we are eating because there is a freestanding soda machine on the outside where if you're sitting in there, you can get a refill the last time I went to go get a refill to leave they turned the machine off so I wouldn't get more while I'm eating, I also can tell they are talking about me mind you I don't speak their language, but one of the guys kept staring at me while I was eating and I was like not really thinking much of it, but when I went up to the soda machine the last time and it was cut off. I put 2&2 together that they were mad that I kept going up there to get refills. I mean if anybody spends over $20 in here and you're sitting in here to eat I would think that all the refills are free when nowhere in here Does it say you have to pay for a refill so yea NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

I met up with my good friend Hannah to eat here. I really like the food selection combos and ordered beef chicken and shrimp with rice. I also got the shrimp tempura because I wanted a roll as an appetizer. Ordering from this place was fairly quick and easy and so was the service. Before I picked up my food the woman asked if I wanted more sauce, so she put it all over. They do give you free water so all you need to do is ask for a cup. Overall the food was good and there was plenty of it so I could save the rest for lunch the next day. The roll was good and satisfied my craving for shrimp tempura. For those specialty rows on the menu, it would help if they included the ingredients so that you can make a quick decision instead of squinting at the rolls to make an educated guess. I had the chicken and noodles and spring rolls. With the teriyaki sauce. I loved it. So tasty! And a portion large enough for me to have dinner and leftovers for lunch. So for 20 dollars I got two meals. This is more of a to go take out restaurant but there are several tables to sit and eat there ( like about 6) so nothing fancy but it's tasty and will fill you up. I normally get the salmon and shrimp hibachi with noodles and vegetables but fried rice is available if that's your preference. I've also had several sushi rolls with a side of eel sauce. The food is fresh and veggies still have a nice crunch. Staff members are polite & they have done a good job refining their COVID19 operations. I call in my order and normally wait 20-30 minutes before attempting pick up even though the person on the phone always says 10 minutes. I don't recall my food ever being ready in 10 so I adjusted based on experience. They recently introduced loyalty reward cards. Looking forward to enjoying the fruits of my purchases. Called in for a pickup, this was my first time at this establishment. Extremely impressed with the associate who answered the phone. She said we patient and answered all of my questions even offered suggestions. Order was promised to be ready in ten minutes and it was. The sushi was so good!! My daughter and I really enjoyed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We came to pick up an order for a party. We got the hibachi chicken, veggies and noodles all places in separate trays. We were also given the sauces - teriyaki sauce and my fave the yum yum sauce. When we got there they were still putting everything together, the manager Sue was very welcoming and friendly she even gave us spring rolls and dumplings to try. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We started eating the spring rolls in the car I didn't get a picture of it. The chicken was very good and not dry. It was flavorful without the sauce however I prefer dipping it in the yum yum sauce. The veggies were good and still crisp. Not overly done to where there was no crunch. The noodles were plain just like hibachi style which is exactly how the kiddos like it cause most of them pick the veggies out. It was good and not soggy cause I've tasted some that overcook the noodles. We will definitely come back to this restaurant.
