I told them that I was not informed of this before ordering and they pointed to a small sign at the front which stated this. I think that this was unfair because you should not expect your customers to read all of your posted signs. The customer should be informed verbally of this. So instead of them sucking it up and exchanging the items (NOT REFUNDING), they chose to lose a big spending client. That is ok. THEIR LOSS IS BETTY'S OF OPELIKA GAIN.
