You can tell what is where for the most part. 4: Their prices are decent on quality products. 5: They allow bobtail truck parking while you shop which is important to truckers as we need a place to stop and restock our trucks with food and supplies. I think Walmart corporate needs to look closely at everything that makes this store what it is and use it as the bar for what a Walmart must be to improve everyone's shopping experience nationwide.

After three weeks passed with no updates, I reached out by email and received no response. I then contacted the company through their website and, two days later, received a message around 3:30 a.m. (EST) stating that the Senior Sales Manager would look into my order. A few days later, after following up again, I was finally told that my son's size was out of stock and had to be sent to production. I was assured it would ship the following Monday. Monday came and went with no tracking information. By Tuesday evening, I still hadn't heard anything. I tried calling the listed phone number, but it wasn't working, which was concerning. I sent additional emails and again received no response for several days. By this point, my order was already two weeks past the promised delivery timeframe. The only communication I eventually received was a tracking number. When the suit finally arrived, the package was wet inside, the suit itself was damp to the touch, and it had a strong unpleasant odor. While inspecting it, I noticed the manufacturing date appeared to have been altered with black marker to make it read 2026. After washing the suit, the marker came off, revealing a manufacturing date of 2025. I contacted the company with photos and requested a refund due to my concerns. Ironically, this was the fastest response I received throughout the entire process. I was told to return the suit so it could be inspected before a refund would be considered. I was also told that a correction to the date label "doesn't make it a year-old manufacture." For those involved in drag racing, this is an important issue. Safety equipment is inspected based on the manufacturer's tag, not on explanations provided in an email. Whether the suit is acceptable isn't determined by the customer or the seller--it's determined during technical inspection. I was genuinely hoping for a positive experience because I had planned to purchase multiple suits for our racing team this winter. Unfortunately, after the delays, lack of communication, and concerns about the condition and labeling of the suit, I can't recommend this company based on my experience.
