I had a horrible time trying to get them to come out and complete the install, I begged and pleaded with texts not being returned. That led me to contact another contractor and thats how I found out about the issues. I was nice enough to still allow them to keep the money in full and asked for a refund of my remaining money. They made up some 4% fee to take off my refund even after I paid for the horrible work. Do your research before hiring anyone! They also adjusted my front door and did not reinstall the trim correctly. It looks horrible!
