Dayspring apartments in Corning New York has gone very much downhill they now no longer allow…read moreservice animals or Esa animals to go in the elevators or anywhere but your apartment and outside the management there is absolutely horrible it takes them about 3 weeks to do anything in your apartment if you are not a priority they will not fix it you pretty much have to go up to maintenance and ask them to do it they are very rude and this is management they don't care about anybody they tell you that if you have a problem with something or someone to go to the cops they do not care about anything or anyone yes if your apartment is broken into or damaged or whatever by another tenant then yes they will do something but if it is not a priority or not important they do not care the ladies in the office are not very nice they have such stupid rules put in place including about the service animals there is a lot of people in Dayspring Apartments who have service dogs and emotional support dogs and they are pretty much not allowed anywhere in the building except your apartment and to go outside since the management has changed since I have been there off and on since 2012 the management has got absolutely horrible i am actually quite ashamed to live at Day Spring Apartments I do not like it i do not like what the lady stand for it does not seem like they really care about anybody all they care about is having you go to the police if you have a problem yeah I'm pretty much ashamed to live it Day Spring Apartments i have resided there since 2012 off and on and I cannot wait until either 2027 or 2028 to leave this place as long as these ladies are still here i feel like an imprisoned psychotic patient that is my newest review from dayspring Apartments if you can help it do not apply there because it is not worth it they have taken away a lot of freedom including the pro action lunches which most of the elderly people and disabled people who used to live there or who live there has relied on at least that one meal and because they do not want to fund the pro Action Program there is no more senior citizen lunches at Dayspring Apartments due to management so if you could avoid it do not apply at dayspring Apartments if you can help it you are better off getting a mobile home where you're going to be treated with respect and not treated like a psychotic patient also they have a lot of stupid rules intact now where rules have not been such a big issue from past management so if you do apply it Day Spring Apartments I wish you the best of luck because I'm going to guarantee you you will probably leave within the next 6 months or earlier so your best bet is find another place if you're looking for a place to live because you go to Dayspring I'm sorry for you i am currently in an amazing relationship and i don't even stay at my apartment more than two nights a week that is how bad it has gotten oh yeah and the fire alarms are freaking ridiculous they refuse to turn them down they apparently are supposed to be as loud as they're supposed to be so if you get woken up at 2:00 in the morning good luck ​​​​​​​​​​

The application process was not complicated and they were very accommodating with allowing me to view multiple properties. I was shocked and ecstatic that I was approved and the move in process was a breeze. I lived on the first floor, there is a laundry room and extra storage spaces for each building with maintenance onsite, which is amazing. The utilities and cable/Wi-Fi services are included. I could not ask for anything more. I am from a big city and it was nice finding a housing management company close to what I was use to in other states. They upkeep the building very nicely, you can pay your rent online with no hassle, I moved out and got my deposit back (they weren't slimy or scamming to keep my money- I definitely cleaned the apartment and returned everything in a timely fashion). If I had not bought a house, I would never have moved from this place. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

I was referred to Twin Tier Mortgage when I moved from the west. If I give them the full benefit of the doubt this company is at least the most disorganized, non-communicative, sloppy lender I've heard of. When they required 4 pay stubs from a job across the country that I wasn't starting until after closing I was told this was standard procedure. When I explained to the Bola's that I had been a broker and knew that was not true the communication stopped. No returned phone calls. No clear communication by email. No commitment to even close our loan. We drove 3000 miles to be in town in time for our closing after providing everything and hearing nothing back. 1 day before closing they delayed our closing without a clear date or reason. We were instead asked to provide a long list of ridiculous items: told to fly back to the west coast to get a paper from the moving warehouse instead of accepting another form of proof, required to double pay a very large bill because they didn't like the language the company used to state it was paid on our credit report. I was forced to start work early with no clothes or a place to live. My employer was asked to provide my stubs eight different times and was very unhappy with their lack of professionalism or even clear, understandable requests. They wouldn't even return my bosses calls. They sent me 2 hours away to the wrong place when we finally had a closing appt. it was an absolute nightmare. This company has been in business under several names (google the rip off report) which is clear evidence of a bad business. We would of changed lenders but after being forced to live in a hotel for five weeks we were too close to having to pay capital gains on the sale of our last home. As soon as we had sold our other home they knew they had us. When I asked for a clear timeline they told me to find someone else if I didn't like them. This company should be avoided at all costs. E Rey realtor or bank I've talked to or forwarded emails to is equally shocked that they are in business at all. Steer clear! Go with a national credit union and get a much better rate and a company that knows how to actually do this job. That's what we wish we could've done.
