If you have a lot of money or very good insurance you'll get to work but beware later you'll be going back I know that for a fact..... You don't have money you will regret the day you walk through that door I had a crown on my front tooth 5 months prior to walking into this door and he pulled it for no reason left me toothless they gave me horrible partial that will cut your mouth wires in it everything then he has the audacity to tell me the dentist that I will have to have a bridge or implant and walk out the door you're lucky if you see him over 15 minutes so no walk in at your own rest it's like a spider web read more

My experience with Dr. Ian Fawcett at Hickory Hills Dental Care as follows: Dr. Ian Fawcett had my front tooth crown recemented, after he completed his work, I had to pay him for his services upfront by credit card, and the job was done. The problem I had with Dr. Ian Fawcett was not a work related issue but Fraudulent issues. 3 days later, my insurance sent me a reimbursement claim form, I took it to him to fill out his information and to confirm his services. But He intentionally instructed insurance to send my reimbursement money to him instead, and he refused to return it back to insurance, After numerous phone calls and letters from insurance, Dr Fawcett kept providing insurance with fake check numbers and check stubs claiming that it's been mailed out, but insurance never received back anything from him. Finally, after 6 months, by having the law investigate the situation, Dr. Fawcett found himself with no choice but to return the overpayment back insurance. Bad experience due to deceptive behaviors and dishonesty to clients. read more

Awful experience.. front desk workers that collect money are kind but the actual dentists and most of the assistants are frankly kind of rude and impersonal. The dentis Dr. Faucet spoke my two words to me for my entire visit. I had to have two crowns on the top back molars the assistant that put my temporary crowns on kept having a hard time getting them to stay finally she got them on and sent me on my way. That same night one of them cracked and fell off. I came back a second time she cemented it back on and two days later it broke off again. The pain was pretty bad, luckily Tylenol helped a lot. Came back for the permanent crowns and the assistant that took my first impressions didn't get a good enough impression so I had to continue to wait another 2 weeks for permanent crowns. I finally came in to get them put on after 3 back and fourth visits and I'm left with two crowns the feel awful and cement between them where I can't even floss. Definitely will not be back. read more

Dr. Evans and his friendly staff deserve these 5 stars plus some. They go above and beyond for their patients. What could have been a tramatic dental experience was actually quite manageable. I would definately go back! read more
