The owner and his grandson were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, greeting us personally and making sure we had everything we needed--even sharing a personal phone number in case we needed anything. The gravel sites are well-maintained and spacious; ours was a generous 32'x60' and backed up to peaceful trees. Full hookups with 50/30 amp shore power made setup easy. The park is clean and quiet, with a small general store onsite that the owner offered to open if we needed anything. Pet owners will appreciate the nice dog park, and while we didn't use the shower room or laundry facilities, they're available for guests. It's also conveniently close to Bankhead National Forest, making it a great base for exploring the area. We spoke with a few extended-stay guests who had nothing but praise for the park and its management. Overall, a great spot with genuine Southern hospitality. Highly recommend!
