I'm not the one to be petty, but I'm beyond frustrated because the manager on duty gave me no chance to find my glasses. This was the last place I had my glasses 10 min before their closing time. I desperately came back to ask for permission to check the premises and he refuse to allow me in. If they were dollar glasses I wouldn't care... but they are my prescription Paco Rabanne sets. This is the best pizza I think I have ever had! The hand thrown dough was wonderful and the tomato sauce tasted fresh. I had a wonderful Arkansas blonde ale. The Greek salad was fantastic with homemade vinaigrette with feta cheese. Don't miss eating here! read more

Excellent service and food! We had lunch here around noon on a Saturday, so the restaurant was pretty busy, but our server Alexis did a great job. We ordered the 50/50 appetizer with mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms, a Camarron pizza, and an XTreme pizza (minus a couple of the meats it normally comes with. The cheese sticks and fried mushrooms were definitely freshly made, not prefrozen like so many other restaurants. The batter on both was perfect and the Marinara was served warm. Both pizzas were delicious but I especially recommend the Camarron with the Alfredo sauce. This is a new location and I have been 4 times now since they have opened! The pizza is excellent and the toppings are plentiful and have a good variety. The sauce, to me, is the perfect mix of sweet, bold and hearty. I am a big fan of The Boz but also love just building my own with the meats. The Mediterranean salad was a really pleasant surprise. The garlic Parmesan wings are amazing. My only complaint so far has been the boneless wings. They were excellent 1 of the 4 times I have been but the other 3 left a bit to be desired. Remember that this is a pizza place and as for pizza, it is on point. They can, and do, get extremely busy at dinner time and the parking lot is a bit tough as they are running a lot of business through curbside, due to Covid. You can see they are really doing everything they can to work through the challenges that Covid have brought on and I really appreciate them for it. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. Don't forget to finish it off with the frozen lemonade pie- all I can say is YUM! I will definitely be back! read more

Passing through Arkansas and I am from Texas. Yet to find a great pizza place here in Texas (Friday night is pizza night). Hideaway pizza was THE best pizza I have had in a long, long time. We ordered take out and they had it ready to go when we picked up. Looked like it would be a great spot to stay and eat....great feel. This is the fourth time we've eaten here since they opened. The wait was 75 minutes on a Thursdsy night, but they got us in as quick as they could. Food was ok, Buffalo wings not as hot as usual, but ok. Service: this was outstanding! Geishla was fast, competent and friendly in spite of being run ragged! I cannot possibly say enough good things about the food here! We finally decided to try it. Got wings, which were great. Cheese garlic bread, which was amazing! Also got a pizza with deli pepperoni, provolone, parmesan, and sausage. The sausage was delicious, the provolone was perfect. The pepperoni was incredible. Horrible service. Overpriced. We went I with our two sons and ordered simple thing two sandwiches chicken strips and penne pasta just sauce. 30 minutes later we all get our food but my youngest so I wait finally I find a waitress myself and ask for his food they forgot it under the heat lamp and the freaking stuff was dry so I sent it back when then the manager comes to apologizing and give me a whopping 3 dollars off a ticket that was 80 bucks. Now every time my boys see us going that way there like nooo! Hideaway sucks then we go to Texas Roadhouse. They have reached out but nothing has come of this yet. I just moved to the area a couple of months ago and when is invited to dinner at had away pizza. Our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered a couple of appetizers the cheesy mushrooms were amazing! We each ordered an individual pizza in mine was a cauliflower crust with basil and mushrooms and was very delicious. Yesterday I had the displeasure of receiving a pizza with missing slices AND a BITE TAKEN out of one. When I called the manager he said he would call back- after 30 minutes of waiting I drove back to return the pizza for a refund or a new one. Manager refused and told me he would call me by 3pm. I waited until 4pm and called the manager back. He told me "he didn't have time to deal with it yet." He did not offer a refund. Horrible service. Corporate has reached out but I will not be returning to a store that doesn't have time to "deal with me" and serve food with bites taken out of it. Sorry excuse for customer service and food. The quality of the food has been slipping over the last two years. But even if food was good, the service just gets worse. I watched my wife eat her meal while I waited for a sandwich. It came out cold and bread was hard. All in all the meal took an hour to order and eat. My sandwich was not even as good as Subway. Beer was cold. I think we'll wait a few months before going back. Went in 1 night a little over an hour before closing, drinks came fast, waitress was friendly, and the TVs were on so that was good. The issue I had was I ordered hand tossed pizza but received thin crust. The thin crust wasn't bad but it wasn't what we ordered. On a whim my family decided to check out the new pizza place in town. We are extremely pleased!! Half priced drinks from 4:00-7:00 weekdays is a total score!! Garlic knots are for sure the best we've had. Kids meals are under $6 and happy plates were made! The Bomb pizza is just that!! Soo yummy!! Talking to our waitress, Madeline, we learned that staff from other states come in to train at a new location. They stay up to 2 months to make sure the place is on point!
