You see they have signs in the store that say "ALL SALES FINAL" that neither of us noticed. When the purchase was made we were not given any VERBAL warning about their unusual store policy. In all my years of dealing with this retailer, I have never noticed these signs before. The owner refused to offer a refund of in spite my family's years of loyal patronage. My takeaway from this is that in her mind, enforcement of store policy is far more important than customer care. caveat emptor!

I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed.
