I guess Italians are used to crappy sushi. I think almost every piece was bland. Very bad quality chicken. Don't order anything with chicken. It's the only sushi place I ever went to that managed to make even the sauce taste bland. I was pretty surprised.

Cesar even gave us a big bottle of water to take back to the hotel. The food was amazing considering we're in Modena. The best Chinese and Japanese cuisine. All the Sushi chef in the sushi bar are Japanese so you can be sure it's authentic. The ambiance is perfect. The Japanese decor and table set up is so conducive to fine dining. All I can say is we had a good time and the food is fantastic. Next time we'll try the Sushi Bar. I highly recommend this place if you are in Emilia Ovest area.
