She turned me off from not only the house but anytime I see a for sale sign from Higgins Group Private Brokers I get a bad taste in my mouth remembering meeting her. If it wasn't for the countless other brokers that I met in the area that have been friendly and helpful I would be turned off to buy a house in CT at all because of Carol. Beware of this this agent. Beware of people looking at your home from Coldwell Banker. They don't care if an agent or buyer damages your property. It was a horrible experience and upset me greatly.
