This store has an awesome location of clothing though and their sizes are all in the right place and organized. That is rare to find in a store let alone a department store. There home section is awesome as always. Shoes seemed on point although I wish I could have browsed more than I did while I was there. The clothing was all clean and organized really well though. The dressing rooms were also really clean and didn't seem like they didn't get cleaned up after people left. They were pleasant to walk into and same with the store.

The woman who owns the place was awesome, and could talk books with my mom all day, mainly fiction and mysteries. there are probably tens of thousands of books. i'm a nonfiction type of guy, and there were just a couple of aisles for me. my mother purchased several books, and the prices were excellent. It is definitely worth a stop. We never made it to the basement.

Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available. ITS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Am half tempted to order one with the $20 "sorry we screwed up" card.

I also bought the sweetest book, "Goodnight Missoula", and can't wait to read it to my babes when they come. All of my encounters with the staff here have been nothing but pleasant. Seems like she was just trying to sell an expensive car seat by attempting to shame me into thinking I wasn't being careful enough.
