Well to make a long story short I had another issue shortly after that and was leaving in a few days for about 3 weeks. I thought I'd never get anyone to look at the problem unless I called the same HVAC people I previously had. Well I checked online and discovered Kyle, with A&S and he was Local. I gave him a call at 7:10am and Kyle immediately answered the phone, which surprised me.....the owner personally answering his phone. I explained my issue, expecting him to tell me he couldn't get to it, just because my timeframe was very tight. Instead he told me he'd be there that afternoon....what a relief. The original 16 year old paint on our hardboard exterior home had exceeded its life expectancy. We…read morecontacted M&M in late July 2020 & had good dialogue. We identified our desires & M&M indicated what they could do to fulfill our needs. They inspected our house & gave us a very reasonable quote and possible start date. When they arrived, they went right to work removing downspouts, the patio awning & exterior lighting; masking & taping all the fenestrations, gutters & doorway thresholds, etc. With a little trimming, they even worked around our hedges. They power washed, scraped and primed. The next day they came back & sprayed the entire house, replaced the downspouts, patio awning & exterior lighting; removed all the masking, taping and cleaned & bagged the trimmings from the hedges. By mid August they were gone. Descended like ants on a sugar cube one day & just like that, three days later we had new paint on the entire house & they were onto their next job! I've waited through the two seasons to leave this review to see how the product survived the Red Lodge fall & winter on the West Bench Golf Course. I'm as happy today as I was the day I gave M&M their check. Awesome product. Awesome job. Great, knowledgeable crew with Professional Leadership. But One Call Home Team is the opposite. Here's what I've noticed about One Call Home Team in the 3 times I've used them: - They're on time - Curteous and professional - They really care about the quality of their work - They care about keeping their work area clean, and leaving your home as clean as it was when they arrived. - They are friendly and nice to talk with - They work fast - Their company sends estimates etc via email and invoices via paypal, and also takes payment in person via a paypal card reader.. That means I don't have to deal with old, outdated payment methods like checks, or run to get cash from the ATM. I think the bottom line is that One Call Home Team will save you time, give you peace of mind, quality work, friendly advice, and they still have affordable pricing. What a great company. One Call showed up on time, They worked quick and they did a great job. A big selling point to me is that I did not have to call two companies one to run the Gas and the other to run the electrical. I would and probably will be using them again.
