It was a relieve to have Christina and her team directing our catering service, DJ and photography leaving me and my husband to enjoy greeting our guest. She is Kind, Funny, and Very Personable. That said when it comes to being a Wedding Coordinator she is the ultimate wedding party whisperer! She is awesome at what she does and that's saying something when your job is herding YOUNG CATS! (Old cats too, I'm the only one that didn't pay attention) She is firm with instruction but with a sense of humor and silliness that made everyone feel very relaxed and able to follow and retain her instructions during the rehearsal and the ceremony. Christina and her assistant have a real eye for detail and continuity. From the ordering of the flowers and having them be exactly what my Daughter wanted, to the placement of them on the arbor and tables which was stunning. I would not recommend at ALL. I am surprised at how bad there customer service is. All their…read morebooking is done online, if there is a problem with it they do not let you know and just send out an email. They let the computer run the company and do not have the professionalism to call when something is not correct. The owner said I could pay cash and then my booking was canceled right before my event because of an online issue and no one called to let me know. When I called to talk to them they were of no help and just said that the system does it all. This is horrible customer service. They also booked out for the weekend and did not hold the items and I am forced to find a new company last minute. They are no help when you call and they were basically saying that it was my fault that their system canceled my booking and that they didn't contact me. Please use another company with better service.
