Worst customer service you can ever asked for. If I can give them a zero star, I would have given on a heartbeat. they really don't know how to deal with customer or how to answer a question. I have been a customer for Highfly travels for many years but today was my horrible moment with agent syed shah. He is very very unfriendly and doesn't treat you like you are the customer. Very unprofessional. I had to call him 6 times today for basic mistakes made in my ticket like interchanging my children's names and passport details and my last name and instead of helping me out politely he had to shout at me for calling him 6 times. He has no idea that if he did his job right the first time nobody needs to call the agent 6 times and get mocked at(yes he mocks you!!!). Horrible horrible agent. I am not complaining about the travels itself bcoz other agents are good and I've had good experiences before but god forbid you get this agent Syed to service you...then God help you!! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had the worst possible experience with Mr. Syed Shah. May be he will read this review and improve his performance. At first, he sounded like a helpful gentleman. I emailed him all the documents within 10 minutes of our conversation and then called back to confirm. He told me that he'd get back to me, he never did. Next day I called him only to find out that my entire email sat in the spam folder for the past 24 hours and he didn't bother to call me back. Well -- All his girls were gone at that time, so he couldn't help me (these are his words). Next day was Christmas, very next day I call him and this women kept saying that he'll call you back, he never did. Next day, the same woman was like, can you email your papers to info@highflytravel or wait for Aisha to come back form vacation on January 2nd -- I was like are you kidding me? I have sent my papers long ago, your guy doesn't bother calling me back, if he can't do the job, simply tell me. Next day, same thing happened and I realized that this is a desi run business that wants to be profitable but at the same time treats customers like crap. Over all, this was an ultimate test of my patience. I called his competitor, a very nice gentleman, who clearly told me that they don't deal with visas anymore and referred a couple of places in Manhattan. Guess what, my work was done with in 3 hours. I was treated the way you'd expect. I'm sorry to say but I would not recommend this place to anyone. They're located in a desi area and I'm sure they'd still get business. But I will never ever recommend this business to anyone. Period. read more
