With that said Andreaus is a trainers trainer! She was trained as a service dog and there is nothing she can't do, as my wife would say she is bomb proof . Thank you Andreaus, you were the only trainer / breeder with and honesty and , always telling us the way it is. Working with us and Isa training the 3 of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I had my dog groomed at this place and requested a bath, deshedding, and just TRIM as usual. My…read moredog had been groomed here before and has gotten a beautiful trim where we met my dog with awe and excitement. My dog is a beautiful dog and long hair. I did not know there was a change over on employees. Communication was difficult due to limited english from the receptionist. She did not understand the vax update information and told me that a vax was "Cancelled." How could a vax be cancelled when it states that it was already given on paper? Final complaint, my request was not honored. I met my dog after the groom and her beautiful fur had been shaved very very short. First words out of my mouth was OH NO!! That is not my dog! She assured it was. My dogs fur was no longer. All I saw was a dog without fur and seem small. I felt devastated and did have a reaction of mix feelings. I turned to her and asked her...I thought I told you bath, deshedd and just a trim? She answered to me..."That is a trim." My dogs fur has been compromised. I have to make sure she doesn't overheat or burnt by the sun. A trim to me is to cut lightly so it looks neat and clean. A shave is a shave. My Goodness Lady!!! How could you do such a thing to a GSD when your company specialize in the professionalism???? Please to the owner, monitor who you employ. I am very sad this happened to my dog and it not know better what was happening. I will not be back after this experience. Everytime I look at my dog, I feel sad and let it down. This is a true story.
