Don't buy anything from this place! Their pre rolls are made from shake and you can taste it! HORRIBLE!
But even worse, is how they rip you off. I used my card to make my purchase. The kid manager, said that the transaction didn't go through. So we went to the ATM and pulled out the cash for my purchase. I ran errands and later that night I checked my bank app. The transaction HAD gone through and they also charged me all the card fees. There's like 2 different fees, an "ATM" fee and a card fee!! So it looked like I had purchased $200 in medical marijuana. In reality, I purchased $100. And they totally ripped me off! I called my bank to dispute it. AND OF COURSE! Their records all check out. But they gave me NO RECEIPT showing that the transaction from their register/machine hasn't gone through. So I ended up WASTING $230.00 with all the charges, for $100.00 worth of medical marijuana!
HIGH NOON CANNABIS IN HATCH, NM IS OWNED BY A LAWYER. NEED I SAY MORE?
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
They don't weigh the amount of oil going into carts and I don't believe their scales are calibrated. When this actual THEFT of my money occurred, my husband and myself had been in contact with them. He said they were being audited and he couldn't look it up. After several days of excuses and being avoided. He said "Go ahead and file a dispute with your bank! I don't know what to tell you." Really? Mr. Manager!?
And another thing, they record ALL of their calls. One of their employees (one of the ONLY original employees who hadn't quit) stated to me that this was a common occurrence with their machines. The machine will charge your account several minutes or hours AFTER stating that it hasn't gone through. She no longer works for High Noon, she's unemployed. How convenient. AVOID THIS PLACE. GO TO LAA CRUCES OR T OR C. At least their bud is quality and they're not a bunch of scamming thieves. I'm going to report them to the BBB. As a medical patient who lives on a fixed income, they really pulled a number on me. $100 + is nothing to them. But to me, it's meds, food, my shelter. This isn't ok! read more
