Educated staff can answer most any question you have about products, effects and which is right for your use. Waiting area is a bit small at times and seating overflows into the lobby. Bright, clean order area where you can see and smell flowers, ask to see the many concentrates, candies, cartridges, lotions, balms and other products. They carry a nice array of CBD only items. The parking area can be a nightmare but there is overflow parking available behind the store (up the hill). This does not allow for an easy visit by those of us who are disabled. Hopefully something can be done to ease this but in that location I'm not sure how. Customer appreciation programs provide opportunities for discounts and free items. Online ordering makes the process streamlined and very quick if you use it. Very helpful if you have issues with crowds or public spaces. This is not a "head shop" but a professional medical dispensary. Staff adheres to all NM laws and require clients to as well. It's cool and comfortable, sometimes crowded but staff moves the line along well. This is my preferred dispensary and has been since joining the program in 2014.

Granted, with their 30% off sale, the total monetary worth was insignificant. That's ALL the more reason to offer some sort of solution instead of, "This didn't happen here". Kiss my foot and go to hell in other words. It's not the money wasted, it was the uncaring, mechanical attitude I encountered. Not a good way to run a business. They've lost mine. There were a few times in the past when their employees didn't wear masks, but I was in and out for a quick purchase, and you just can't get into it with every person who doesn't wear a mask. But last week I went in for a cannabis renewal meeting. To be clear: the doctor is a believer in science and wore an N-95 mask. However, when I initially entered the store, the proprietor and the other employees weren't wearing masks (during the height of this Omicron surge). I called from the doorway, "Where is your mask?' to which the proprietor responded, "It's my choice not to wear one." (Note: two individuals were already in the shop, an elderly couple, both of whom were wearing masks. I was wearing a mask as well.") I responded to the proprietor, "Actually, it is a requirement." "I'll put a mask on so you won't make a scene," the proprietor responded. I was put off by that statement, but I simply said "Thank you," went back to my car, and waited for the doctor. When I walked back in after seeing the doctor to finish up, there was another individual--I'm not sure whether they were a customer or a patron, but either way, he simply held a manila envelope to his face and said to the employees, "How do you like my new mask? It's a new kind." Cute. I will be renewing my card and finding my CBD oil at a different business. I cannot trust the recommendations of a staff that is so hubristic that it thinks it knows better than internationally renowned medical and scientific professionals. Further, to be so cavalier when clearly so much of your business relies on the elderly and sick is the antithesis of what this establishment claims is its ethos. Arrogance, superiority, rudeness.
