I'll preface this review by saying there's nothing lower than leaving a bad review in a small…read moremarket, except giving someone the excuse to do it. I'm ashamed to have to do this but they asked for it. Guy did a job for me some years back and had no problems. He was the low bid on a new job after another contractor had failed to honor their initial bid so I went with him. He jerked me around on the start date which is a pain in the ass when you live 2+ hours away and can't afford to make the trip unless you have multiple jobs going on at the same time. Anyway, we finally settle on a date and thankfully they showed. He tells me first thing he needs to leave to take his wife to a doctor's appointment. That's fine. For the first couple of hours though there wasn't a single worker on site that spoke English and they seemed unclear as to what we were doing. Finally the foreman shows up. It turns out it's his son and he's one of those kids that was born on third-base and thinks he hit a triple. He was argumentative and sloppy. He didn't want to dig deep enough to put the sidewalk grade with the curb. He didn't know how to run a string to get a straight line. At one point they had to re-form an entire section because of it. They left the place an absolute mess. There was concrete splatter on my fence, forming board pieces all over the place, including nails. I told them they could leave the fill since I was going to excavate for new driveway material in the coming weeks but they left it in such a way that nobody could even get into the carport, and of course no discount was offered. I asked Pancho for an invoice multiple times and never got a return call much less an invoice. I can't use these guys again and I can't recommend them.
