Of equal importance we completed the move with zero broken items! Mike is responsive, positive and super efficient - very rare but greatly appreciated qualities! He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. If you're looking for a moving company that works hard, takes the time and care to ensure your belongings get from point A to point B safely, and has unmatched expertise, then I would highly recommend BERG Movers! We have some large, bulky furniture and had some very awkward and tight angles to work with in our new home, and Bobby was able to get it done with ease. I don't normally write reviews, but it's always a nice feeling to support a local business - especially when they go above and beyond.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the movers were nice and nothing was broken in the…read moremove. The negatives were that they showed up 1.5 hours late and what should have been a 5.5 hour drive took them at least 10 hours. I got conflicting stories as to why it took them so long. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".
