The service center associates in Craig present themselves as very knowledgeable all aspects cell phones. Union is one of the very few wireless cell providers that is small that is located in Wyoming. I now live in Texas and my cell service is great. If I have a question .....a person picks up the phone during business hours (oh they call you back when you leave a msg), and tech service is available 24/7 ....... who can beat that??? Do they have problems sometimes of course but they really want customers satisfied. For example, they call me, can't tell you how many times they call me, after contacting them on some issue or I have to make sure all is good :) The price of phones are normally priced but they do have specials couple times a year. Monthly charges per phone are reasonable and no contracts. Union wireless has been my provider for 6 years now. I check with other cell providers and still on hold or they drop my call or try to over cell their service. HA! Union great people and over the top service.

Their data…read moreservice is not cheap compared to DSL or Cable modem, but we are talking about a much higher grade of service, more reliable, and locally supported. San Isabel is a breath of fresh air after dealing with CenturyTel who manages to mess up any project they are invovled with, in my experience. San Isabel's voice service is very competitively priced, and is usually preferable cost-wise to Qwest and CenturyTel. They are also very professional, and they are locally operated in Gypsum and some office staff in Denver. I highly recommend San Isabel, and I recommend them often to my clients when there is a fit that works.

Apparently they expected a 65 year old woman to crawl up on the roof and somehow unscrew the little dish and bring it back to them. Now they took over $700 out of my account after I removed the auto pay and the card. Biggest mistake ever to use this company.
