One thing about the place is that she has random visitors drop by to say hi. Which goes to show how many wonderful people she has around her. I was extremely nervous, but excited, about getting my piercings done, and Nick answered all of my questions thoroughly, assured me that my nerves were normal, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I could not be happier with the results, and with the service that I received while I was at Yankee Tattoo. Even the atmosphere was great, the shop is well lit, and the walls are covered with artwork. I have not gotten a tattoo here, but after seeing the shop and the tattoo artists at work, I would definitely come here for some ink as well. I wanted a basic tattoo and got a butterfly, always wanted a butterfly, love butterflies the woman at the front desk was pretty cool and helped me pick the right one (yes there are many different butterflies) and also had to find the perfect size for where I wanted it, I didn't want it too big or small. The guy who did mine was pretty cool as well, very patient when I was telling him where I wanted it. It didn't take long to do, actually fell asleep, and it turned out beautifully. The outlines of the butterfly was pretty badass. Loved it. If anyone is looking for a place to get a tattoo here around Burlington, I would definitely go here. Vibes are amazing here as well. I've got a lot of tattoos, it's a big hobby of mine - traveling around to get them done and collaborating with the artist is a big part of it for me - I could just be turning into a snob.
