We reimbursed each other via Venmo, but it was a hassle that could've been prevented. The gentleman who did this left, and then the guy who checked us out had no idea what was going on.

I really liked the ice surface, it was fast and well maintained. Detliev was really nice and I enjoyed talking to him. Even with COVID the rink was as accommodating as they could be. They have an indoor sheet, an outdoor sheet, and plenty of locker rooms. The sight lines are great as fans, though it is a bit chilly in there. The rink has wifi, but not live barn (yet). So if you want to stream the game you might want to ask the rink before your next tournament. Plenty of parking, especially out back. We would gladly play here again.

I have never heard anything derogatory or unprofessional from gymnasts coaches or spectators. Both of my gymnasts love it as well. Great equipment, positive energy poured into the gymnasts, professionalism, and the owner is wonderful. The town is super cute for a bite to eat but this park is just 15 minutes north of lacrosse and totally worth it. I wish we had more time to explore the trails but it is one of my favorite state parks with new paved roads and so much wildlife to see with trains passing by too. Great camping spot to go to once a year and worth the drive!

This was a good choice on this sunny and hot day since there was shade going up the stairs from the north. We followed the river side path back to the nature center from where we started. Be warned there is a lot of poison ivy along the river path. If we had kayaks or canoes they also have a very nice route through the nearby bay. Camping is available as are some picnic areas. A solid state park experience.

Visited this rink for an ACHA series against UWL. It was UWL's home opener, and the student section…read moreshowed up; however, there was definitely some behavioral issues that I think the rink staff could've handled better before the refs got involved. The glass isn't ideal for photography (too thick & hazy), but if you go up in the stands when the nets are not hanging down, you can get some clear shots. Some of the locker rooms do not have showers, as an FYI to any teams traveling. The concessions had good offerings for reasonable prices.

It only has one sheet of ice, but it has heaters in the stands and a nice snack bar. I bet this place gets rockin during games.
