Awful service very judge mental employees not enough selection feels like 1885 in there.

Not much upstairs, and not even a blonde. Two stars because I see a lot of recent turnover and that's never a good thing. I live one street over in the same block, so it was convenient. Now however, I am no longer loyal. About a year ago is when I noticed a shift. one day I went in and there was a short girl, mid-back brunette hair, mid-20's, I had never seen her before. She stepped up to assist and I placed my usual order. "Indica Flower. Strongest THC that is Smooth." She proceeded to tell me that there is no such thing as pure Indica. That she's certified and thats a misnomer. Now mind you, I am over twice her age, and I grew Indica strains, exclusively, for over 30 years. Huge difference not only in growing, but in the high. She continued trying to convince me until I just ignored her--I approached someone else. This time I suggested looking up my last purchase and trying to duplicate it. *head scratcher on that one* WOW. No idea what she was certified in, but they must not teach much about Indica vs Sativa. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was sold what I was told was a 1:1 edible product, paid and walked out. Went right back in 20 seconds after noticing it was basically just CBD edibles and they would not let me back in stating "no refunds". Do not trust anyone that works there, as a customer I assumed the person was there to actually help me find what I wanted but I was wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

I came here on a whim. The location was a little out of my way, but my usual dispensary had a line out the door for some reason, so I went to the next closest one to me. So glad I did! Niri (hopefully spelled right) was wonderful and gave me excellent customer service. She informed me that they currently do curb side pickup and online ordering. The person at the door was great as well and kindly explained how their set up worked (for the Covid situation). Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I love the staff at this shop. They are always so welcoming and friendly. I've been to other shops that have a Hurry up and get out style of customer service and High Society is NOT that. My favorite rec shop in Everett! I love that it's one of the smaller shops in town, the budtenders here are awesome and very knowledgeable. Always fire strains with some sweet deals, they also have a very generous rewards program that has been a nice surprise quite a few times. The quality here is not that bad but the service needs some work . I had called in asking to see if they had a item I was looking for and they had trouble finding it but had one and they asked me if i would like it to be set aside I said sweet no problem since I would swing by after work. And as I came by they very poorly said they actually don't do that but I didn't even ask them to set it aside, they offered . I just think its embarrassing theres no information passed along the budtenders or collective notes amongst themselves. Short story short don't call ahead and fall for them storing something for you. I'm all about the headband from here. It gives me intense feelings of euphoria and creativity like no other strain can, and has no anxious or out of it feels. I come here any time I'm in the area and the employees are all super friendly. In my many times visiting, I've only been upsold once and it was actually a fair upsell. The strain recommended was tasty, but I still prefer my go-to: Headband. read more

Tired of typical wa pot stores. ESPECIALLY ONES LIKE HIGH SOCIETY. My mom who has little knowledge of cannabis products went in there to buy edibles and instead came out with some crappy CBD Caps which are one of worse selling cannabis product for their lack of effectiveness. Shop like these prey on new customers and use their inexperience to push they're non selling products and gives other shops bad names. Although I am fully aware caps are edible that was not what my mother was in there for. Next time provide information about products and don't just try for a quick buck. read more

I love this place! The location can be interesting sometimes as it is located right on Broadway, (you may see a homeless person every now and again walking down the street, but it is Everett what do you expect.. lol and they are NOT allowed to hang out right outside the shop for the customers sake, so you shouldn't ever really be bothered by anyone.) On top of all of that, I personally think their knowledgeable and super helpful budtenders and great variety of product makes up for all that! I see a couple reviews for bad customer service, and my opinion on that is I've met everyone who works at the shop and yes I believe people are entitled to their bad days but these guys and gals are pretty great at keeping it professional! (But I mean just imagine some of the rude customers they have to deal with..) So go on, don't be shy! Go check out this awesome little shop for yourself and stay lit friends!(: read more

The owner of this place is rude and talks inappropriately while bud tending and ignores customers making it extremely uncomfortable while being there. There is sulfur in their cheap concentrates forcing you to pay top dollar on "ok" product. I can go to any other smoke shop and get much better service and the same amount of product for much cheaper. Don't spend your time or money here. read more

Great place. Honest, educated, really cool staff. Great products, very reasonably priced. Have never had to wait. Always someone to help. They follow the rules to the letter, so dont be goofy and think you can get away with anything. They are extremely nice about it, but stick to the rules, which tells me I can trust them to be honest. I was just in this store for the first as my friends have recomended they're product . I had some questions as I am trying to convert from smoking flower to possibly vaping .I waited patiently for my turn . I was asking a guy about the vape paraphernalia and i was almost decided which way to go he asked me to not talk so loud because my voice echoes and it hurt his ears??? Excuse me??? First he asked to be Excuse to help someone behind me and I said no because I came to spend money and I have kids to go Home to and I also wanted to buy some CBD tincture I also am new at because I have pains from an accident. I told him that he can go and that I would wait for the next person to help me since I have clearly annoyed him and he lost his patience . I didnt want to continue working with him as he embarrassed me about my natural voice, what was I supoosed to do?? Speak like someone else??? I asked how he would feel if I told him his voice was annoying . When I asked the second "manager" as he was a manager also , if he could finish helping me because this guy clearly lost patience and was cruel with me the first guy said, "if you dont let me help you I have to ask you to leave." The second "manager" instead of saying something like, "go ahead, I'll finish helping her." Says instead, "shes not leaving?" Wow clearly just some kids that have high knowledge in "weed" but not an inkling on customer service or possibly how to handle society in a respectful maner.....ok fine ill go spend my money at Bud's Garage as have always have and have never ever been treated with such disrespect. read more

Small shop on Broadway in Everett with their own billboard above them. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful in their understanding of their products. Parking in front is tough as it's a busy road but, literally, right around the corner is more parking. Good selection, great prices. Great to see this business growing along with the relaxation of marijuana regs. read more
