Then called another law firm where they managed voice mail with scheduling and return calls. Mission accomplished. I hired them. I recommend Reidenbach if you like talking to answering machines. If they were to call back, I would doubt how diligent they would be on the actual legal work. I am giving one star because that is the minimum. I am giving the second star because they have a good reputation. What I wanted as a consumer: To receive a call back saying: There was a conflict. You were too busy to take my case. Or You didn't want to take my case. At least say Saying Something so I could move along. My situation may not have bern urgent to you, but it was important to me.
