Now when they come to service the system, I find towels have been used to mop up water, artex powder is left on the carpet from checking the fire alarms, handmarks on the walls etc. So I am not so happy anymore. I'd recommend them as installers, but not as servicing contractors. Shop around though!

As part of our new house renovations, hired this company to lay…read morea resin driveway, it was great at the beginning, they finished the job nice and quick, but then the problems began, 1st the weeds began to show, as they had not treated beforehand, then cracks and imperfections started to appear, so drive had not been down even a year, before the drive began to break, should have had alarm bells really when the installer couldn't even set the step square off the house, but that's another story, anyway we called them, and they sent their workman out, and without my permission they pulled up the front of my drive, leaving us with what I can only describe as an eye sore, but they did this, without knowing what action they would take, and knowing they had none of the same colour resin to repair it. Finally they admitted responsibility, and promised it would be rectified ASAP, that went on to it will be in one month, one month then has turned into 2, their communication is disgusting, always us chasing them. I really would hate anyone else to go through the upset and worry that I have experienced, so if this maybe makes you think twice before employing this company, my job is done.

However recently I had seen a very good deal on some flooring in Wickes and so bought it from this store. I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff's knowledge, friendliness and helpfullness. I made use of the free delivery as I was spending over £300 and was pleased to find out I could have it delivered on Saturday for no extra charge. When needing to return some unused packets they were again helpful and friendly. I will be using this store again in the future.

They were both prompt and courteous with all communications. When a problem did arise regarding sourcing stock for the power supply needed for the switch box they kept me in the loop at all times and even offered to ship the two items separately or have the power supply shipped from their supplier direct to me. When I was able to source a power supply locally they happily shipped the switch box and refunded me the cost of the power supply. The did not complain, delay or give excuses and were at all times professional and willing to help. I can fully recommend them and would buy from them again.
