He keeps a good supply of second-hand cars which are sold with a warranty (a selection of different makes, at the moment ranging from an Audi to a VW polo.) The mechanics are helpful too, and they must be happy in their work because they have been there for years. My car is serviced there regularly and I have never had a problem with it.
