My loved one was stripped and bathed standing up in front of her new roommate. I was so embarrassed for her. The food was also not great. Weight gain was one of our goals . After observing her trays I knew we wouldn't be gaining weight there. The facility was certainly a let down for us. The administration called me today and apologized for our negative review. I am glad to know that she cared enough to reach out and assure me that my concerns were valid . It was very much appreciated.

They forgot my mom's breakfast one day, she was at the end of the hall and was in a room by herself so no one ever came and checked on her she only needed assistance to raise up in bed then she was okay. She pushed the call button at night and no one would come help her raise up she laid in bed for hrs having to go to the restroom. My mom cried every night she hated it they had bingo and church service my mom told her nurse she'd like to go and they said okay but wouldn't come get her when it was time so she sat in her room all alone except for when they got her for therapy. We went to her doctor and she released my mom to come home with me and they got mad! When I came to get her and take her home they were all rude and very unpleasant about the whole situation they didn't tell my mom bye hope she recovers well nothing! I was so hurt and upset with this whole experience. It was terrible I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

It is not as I was told by the staff which are untrained and very understaffed that this was a nursing home and nothing else, In my 20 day stay there I could not ever get any of the staff including the very few nurses that worked there to respond in less than 25 minute. The food served was not fit to be even be thrown in the garbage. It was even cold most time. The only good thing about this place was the pt and the pt staff. If you get sicker while being there don't expect any medical attention and most probably if you're very lucky might not come out of there sicker than when you arrive.
