I was recommended to go to Dr. Pandya's office in Stony Point and had a great experience there. Dr. Pandya is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care about the well being of his patients. He took the time to tell me why he diagnosed me the way he did and asked me to call if there were any changes or questions. I started to feel better the same evening, after taking the recommended medication. I called to follow up the following day, after a new development, and he quickly assisted me and was very pleasant, asking me to keep him updated on what was going on. Dr. Pandya is the most informative, pleasant doctor I have been to in as long as I can remember. I highly recommend him!

In trying to get a refill for an RX, it took 3 requests which included (2) 20 minute phone calls. On my second call, I asked to speak to the office manger who, allegedly could not be reached. I asked for the manager to call me back. I was told that they would call me back by 5:00 that day. 10 days later I receive a call asking how they can help me? 10 DAYS!!!! Unfortuntly, while seeing one phyisician I overheard another Doctor, I believe to be the head of the group, um .. Dr, Southren. yelling at an employee , whilst calling them stupid and an idiot.. I was certianly taken back by this. When i came out of the room , I could see the upset face of the nurse. I felt very bad for her.
