He had the parts with him and it took him less than an hour to replace both torsion springs. (I had two springs, one on each side. Since one broke we could assume that the other was going to go sometime soon, so it made sense to just do both at the same time.) He tested and lubed the door, checked out the opener and tuned it a little. Neat, clean and fast. Price was right. Recommended!

How could we have ever guessed that that initial little phonecall inquiry to Terrie about a certain home would lead to us moving into that *same* home not much longer than a month later? Amazing! She was always available to take calls or texts and often worked late into the night to make sure everything was getting done throughout the home-buying process. We were first-time home buyers and it can be a pretty intimidating ordeal, especially when you're going at it long distance (!), but having Terrie on our side our minds were at ease, we knew we were in good hands and that she was working hard for us. The home we were looking at had multiple offers on it and it's thanks to her wonderful negotiation skills that our offer was accepted. What a pro!! I am sitting now on one of three decks overlooking the river on 1.3 acres and have a breathtaking view of nature. I can hear the sounds of the river from anywhere on this property. One of the decks is screen enclosed with a couch, rocking chairs and a high top table with chairs. We are in the middle of nowhere. This home is very secluded and I love it! The representative Christy- was extremely helpful from the very beginning ; making sure everything was in order for us when we arrived. She even left a goody basket with a nice bottle of wine, munchies, salami, hot chocolate and marshmallows and popcorn. Every room in this home faced the Horseshoe River and the amazing view of nature. There is a private walk down to the river where another deck waited for us. It was easy getting down but a major work out to get back up. The house is stocked with everything you would need to just hunker down, make your own meals and never leave (until it was time to go). Oh, you would need to get your own groceries ;). Just give me a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board and I'm set. This place is beautiful and 5++. Other companies were booked out quite far and it wasn't something we wanted to wait long on to fix. Turned out there was a pinched wire, which they diagnosed and fixed quickly (within an hour), so the charge was quite reasonable. Also, I asked them to wear masks in the house and they were very respectful of this request. I couldn't thank them enough, they even answered some questions unrelated to the light switch wiring issue. I will use them again for any electrical work in the future. Highly recommend!
