We have furnished several homes during this time and have been dealing with the store manager every time we need something. The quality and service has always been friendly and most helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this store and their employees and especially their manager, Tony to anyone who is interested in buying new furniture.

The building it's housed in is very large thus the showroom was inside. Lots of choices in tables, bedroom, recliners, some sectionals, miscellaneous items. A lot of furniture lately is not available but the pieces we asked about were in stock so that's definite plus. These items aren't marked up, they are reasonable priced. The sales person didn't follow us through the store he greeted us then came over to answer questions when we motioned. The store closes at 6pm Mon-Sat even though website shows 7pm. We plan to come back and follow up on some pieces we liked; affordable furniture store, nice styles, drop by and browse.

My customer service experience with Knight Furniture Showrooms started out just fine via internet…read more I was required to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering (Nov 2023), two LR side tables manufactured by Theodore Alexander to be delivered in three months time. After approx 9 mos and paying the remaining balance before delivery, the first one delivered was damaged and not accepted by me. After a few more months, I took delivery of one table and then another at a later time. After five weeks, the first table had a piece of the wood trim detach from it, as if it had been glued and it did not hold. The second table looked okay upon delivery, so I accepted it, only to find when I set a lamp on it and turned the light on, it showed two obvious flaws on the surface. After months of many emails to the company and being told their rep would look into replacements for these flawed tables, I was gaslighted. It has now been over a year with no answers to my emails as to why they had done nothing to replace these flawed tables. I acted in good faith and now am so dissappointed that I trusted this company to be reputable and trustworthy. Beware! I would not recommend Knight Furniture.

My statement is a…read moreBUYER BE AWARE: when I purchased the twin mattresses I was allowed to pick them out myself; I asked if I could return to Southern Bedding LTD to p/u mattresses with a truck and was told yes. When I returned for my mattresses I got them to their destination and upon opening the thick plastic rap, I realized they NO longer matched like the two I originally picked out and Paid for; so I called SB LTD to make them aware of the mattresses difference and see if Ms. Penny made a mistake and somehow mixed the mattresses with another order. She admitted it was possible since their warehouse is loaded with so many new mattresses. What turned me off is: Penny's brother calling me back to make me believe that one of the mattresses I received was more costly than the other one and if I decide to return he would have to charge me the difference to exchange the one mattress. I was asked him why when the mattresses I originally picked out when I purchased them was exactly alike patterns wise and thickness were as the two I picked up one was slightly thinner than the other one. I did explain to Penny's brother that I didn't appreciate nor would I PAY anymore money for what I honestly pre-paid for already. This guy was admitted that his sister Penny messed up and sold one of my already purchased mattresses and the ones here now are a bit more money than the two I had already purchased. Conclusion: This Guy didn't want to nor cared to correct the mistake to keep a Good customer. New location of Kimbrell's beside Academy Sports where Virginia College use to be…read more This is a massive upgrade in space compared to previous store location in Florence. There were some furniture pieces we liked and the prices are the best of the other box stores around. For all the space it felt like there should more selections than emptiness, but that's the way they have it. There are some economically pleasing choices that can be had here.
