They provided quality care with removing the items from my residence, making sure there was no damage to walls or door frames during move out. When it got here, there was a broken window and the vent was melted. We've had it for almost a month now and twice they told us they were gonna be out here and they still haven't got out here. We chose W5 because of their five star rating in my opinion they don't deserve a five star rating. I'm sorry. But this is ridiculous. They need to get things done when they say they're gonna do it. I hope this doesn't affect them fixing the window in the vent because it still isn't fixed.
