Will not call you back in a timely fashion and when he does, he has 1002 excuses on why he canceled and does not call back. He will say what he wants and then hangs up on you. Doug and his secretary expect you to do all the leg work and take your information and use it as their findings. They will ask for all your information but will not share their information when asked. Once he wants payment he will call you all day long- day in and day out and once that payment is made, he goes back to not calling you and acting like he gave you #1 service when in fact he has no clue how to give 20% let alone 100%. He called his client and yelled and screamed at the client because his client left work to meet with him and he canceled at the last minute and got mad because client was upset due to leaving work EARLY and he cancels 20 minutes before appointment time. Let's not forget they share your information with the other people, also they make posts on Facebook about the case that is going on.
