Dr. Hailer's spine Institute has done great things for me and my fiancé. They have everything you could possibly need in this building to fix your back without going under the knife. They are very friendly and forgiving behind the front desk. So many times I've been late maybe I should've been charged a late fee, maybe I should've been yelled at but never once. They work with me to get me in there cause they knew that I needed the treatment. Very grateful for that. The chiropractors both of them are great people. They know what they are talking about, get straight to the point, and when you walk out of there you feel a lot better. Like the time where I pinched a nerve on Thanksgiving and we were able to get me in on a Saturday morning when they were getting ready to close and I felt so much better. When I figured I was gonna have to wait till Monday to get my back fixed it was so awesome thank you guys again. Physical training, Shaun is a good guy as well, I have recently signed up with him and I am going through physical training very knowledgeable, pushes you to your limits, but also making sure that you don't go too far. Reasonable price for a personal trainer I feel. And it's really helping with my back as the sciatica starting to fade out if not staying gone. Place is clean, staff is friendly, the outside the building is nice and clean, I don't know how anybody could not like this place. And as I've read on some other reviews on another page the only people that do leave a negative review are because of errors either on the insurance company, or the computers them selves making an error. And as it stated if there is a problem give Dr. Hailer a call and he'll figure out what's going on and fix it. Seems like all it is just a misunderstanding and easily fixed. Other than that I just can't see how anybody's got a problem with this place. And they don't. These guys are Amazing,I'll give you guys 10 stars. I lucked out when I found Feel Amazing Hiler Chiropractic! I had been suffering with burning neck pain for about a week. Nothing helped, not aspirin, Tylenol or ibuprofen; wasn't sleeping well and was getting worn down with the unceasing burning pain. I called the practice after work ( around 6 pm} because I needed to know if I had fractured my right foot toe, and I didn't want to go wait at the ER for hours. Dr Angelo said they were actually closed and just doing paperwork at the office. I told him I was in such pain and he said to come immediately. He waited for me outside the building since I didn't know where exactly the office was in the complex. He took me to the XRAY room, took some images and review them within minutes. He showed me where the minute fracture was and said that I was going to survive. I am impressed whit the kind concern I was treated, and most certainly grateful to them, specially Dr Angelo for taking the time to give me the peace of mind I needed, knowing it was not a bad fracture like I thought it was, This practice is not only a business but they have a real concern for people's pain. I have been a patient of Dr. Hiler's just since January 2018. I came to him for relief of the peripheral neuropathy.. Basically I am 91 years old and I have had no feeling in my legs or feet for years. Dr. Hiler gave me several options but I decided to have stem cell therapy injections into my lower legs and feet. Within one week I felt my legs for the first time in many years. I now have most of my sensation back. my balance is much improved. I have lowered my gabapentin from 1800 mg a day to 600. I have not needed my cane or walker for six months now. I am now able to drive and I was not able to drive before the treatment because I could not fill the gas pedal or break at all.. I called to get in with a same day appointment as I could barely move. (It was they get me in or I go to the ER, I was in so much pain) I could not even lift my head without pain and tingling down my arm, they got me in A.S.A.P. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and taken in to see Dr. Gadaleta. He took me back for exrays and then an adjustment right then and there. I already felt relief. I have been seeing Dr. Gadaleta regularly now and feel so much better. I can lift my head, look left and right and there is no more pain and tingling down my arm! I can also drive without pain again. Dr Hiler has been my chiropractor since 2004. My headaches use to be daily until I started seeing him. Now I only have a headache a few times a year. He has been a god send.
