Dale listened to a less than two second video clip and knew exactly what it was. It was a completely normal sound, in fact there would be a problem if it wasn't making that noise. These guys could have said 'Oh my gosh, your car is about to blow up! Give us a thousand dollars so it won't!' and I would never have known the difference. That is some honesty right there. I called to make an appointment and drove to the shop to locate the shop. To confirm my appointment, I forgot to get details on brake shoe pad replacement and the safety rules.. I realized the holiday left my budget in a wreck and I was forced to reschedule. I didn't catch the lady's name, yet she was very awesome to talk to, and I mentioned about the Yelp Review so here I am.. I have to save up to get a NEW set of tires, and get an alignment job as budget permits. The Rotors were replaced by the previous owner, and in good shape. Yet as a big guy, the driver side pads were wearing down to the squealers.. I had another local shop swap out the pads I bought, checked the rotors and they were in good shape. One thing to note, CALL the shop for what is required for safety, and have enough funds to cover the cost! Better call this shop and or have a price plan. Most shops want to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. Please don't cut corners! Make sure you have a budget plan, and funding to cover any needs the technicians may find... Better safe than sorry. I give this shop 5 stars for professional phone skills, and the shop has a nice waiting room.. IMHO.. They are easy to find and nearby some good food places.. KUDOS! When we called this dealership, Dillon answered and said he indeed did have a tire for us but was closing in five minutes. We told him we could get there in five minutes and he gladly stayed and changed our tire working well beyond his quitting time. He not only changed the tire in a timely manner but offered us a cool waiting area and coffee. He went way beyond what he should have and did it with a smile and courtesy. My car had to be towed today, I had 5 of my children with me and was waiting for my grandparents to come pick us up, they got lost. I was told I had a 10 minute window by the driver. The lady called me and was so rude, told me I was wasting their time and they were busy and I would have to call back and most likely have it towed tomorrow. There was no compassion. It was like I was bothering her for calling. The driver was nice enough to tell me I could call back master; leave my keys in the tank and have it picked up once my ride got there. After my ride came, I called back and requested a tow. She acted like it was an issue. We had issues with my card and she told me they would impound my car if I didn't get it fixed in about five minutes. They got paid, $300 later the car was towed. Mind you this price was crazy for a tow within Hamilton, County. All in all, the front desk lady was rude. No compassion or anything. I just left my dad's house trying to get his stuff out after he passed. My point is; usually if someone is calling for a tow truck they aren't having a great day, it wouldn't hurt to be nice. On the other hand, I later found out that Gossett towing in Gatesville would have came out and towed it back to Gatesville for half the price.

I had them come out for a service call to fix my furnace. It was a simple fix and the work was completed inside the minimum half hour you pay for a service call. I also had them fix my glitchy radio system in the left over time remaining. I bought a "curved leveler" from the parts store. Now I can level my camper from side to side and have the bathtub drain completely.
