Too much cream to ratio of cake. Bottom layer of cake is as thick as the cream

Cake was not good at all. The cake was heavy with a lot of air bubbles. The ratio of cream was too much for the cake.

$15 for a breakfast burrito + a coffee. What do you expect at that price in the park city area? Whatever your expectations are will be exceeded. All the details are perfect at this establishment. Just enough seating, just enough options and service is on real plates with real silverware. Self-service tap water dispenser in the dining area so bring your Nalgene to save a few $ on water. Top notch pastry selection and plenty of H&H merch for the fans. Oh, the burrito: delicious, well balanced and hearty. Perfect for fueling up for a day on the mountain or catching up on a skipped meal catching some fresh pow.

    Blackberry Arnold Palmer

This was my first visit and I would say the Blackberry Arnold Palmer was fantastic. Aside from that I could find issues with lots of things. My ham and cheese wasn't great. I ate half. The fries tasted like the oil was old. Lizzy, the barista, I watched her yawn and practically fall asleep while touching caffeine. Noodle that one. There is a total lack of space in the restaurant. I'm not sure I would try it again. Would love the drink though!!! The people were friendly. Unfortunately when I'm there for lunch, I need more than a friendly face.

Order and pay at the counter. Cinnamon roll: delicious Breakfast bowl: $12 add-on $4 for avocado. If you want more add-ons, it would be $3 for veggies and $4 for protein. As it was, $17 I felt was high for the portion size for just eggs, potato and cheese. Pico de gallo was included. This was ok. Overall, this place has many offerings for both to go and eating in. Limited seating and can get loud.

We enjoyed our food (had a variety of food, treats, and drinks) and the sunny atmosphere. The employees were very kind, and portion sizes were decent but there are additional charges for any changes to your drinks or breakfast bowls.

I had the Dutch baby. My wife had the HK sandwich. The food was aesthetically pleasing. The taste, in our opinions, was very disappointing.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

The Eating Establishment certainly falls into this description. We had a variety of food dishes for brunch and nothing stood out. Actually, the "Shakshuka" stood out because this was without a doubt the worst shakshuka I've ever eaten. It was made entirely incorrectly. The sauce was bland and watery. There were copious amounts of whole garlic cloves (??????) which forced a game of dodge the cloves to eat whatever else was remotely edible. The staff was nice.

They operate like a real family, not in the toxic "we're all family here" way, but in a warm, supportive, actually-enjoyable-to-witness way. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Add to that a rustic, cozy ambiance that's honestly a 20/10, and you're already off to an incredible start. I ordered the Shakshuka, and it was phenomenal. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is no small feat, showing real expertise in the kitchen. Comforting, balanced, and clearly made with care. We split the green apple and blue cheese salad, which was good, though I've had better. If the dressing were just a bit sweeter and more seasoned, it would really hit its stride. Adding more caramelized pecans and a bit more chopped green apple would give it that final kick it needs. Still enjoyable, just shy of great. The vegan lentil chili was so close to being one of the best I've ever had. The combination of vegetables and lentils was absolutely spot-on, it just needed a touch more seasoning for my taste. A small salt/sugar balance would take it over the top. The corn muffin served alongside was good as well, but could also benefit from a little seasoning. All things considered, this place is a 10/10 for Park City dining. Incredible atmosphere, outstanding service, and food that's thoughtful, skillfully prepared, and clearly made with heart. As expected, the steak was excellent and cooked to a perfect medium rare as ordered. Served with fries, this dish was substantive enough to share between the two of us as a light meal. Unfortunately, our request for no red onion was either not conveyed by our server or disregarded by the kitchen - not a big deal in and of itself but I was a bit surprised when our server made no attempt to rectify the error beyond simply saying "sorry."
