I attempt to support local businesses in the community which brings value and resources to those that are in need. However, the business management of this office is unprofessional and nonresponsive I have been attempting to get a simple billing issue resolved for 3 months and can not anyone to return my calls. Therefore I m left with either paying the erroneous charge or it showing up on my credit. I work in the medical field and have referred many patients in the area to this office.The level of service and professionalism has declined drastically and I will never go back to Hillandale Primary care. The staff members are great the doctor is very incompetent she's there to take Medicare and Medicaid government money i'm a former professional football player who is now a school teacher and I chose her based upon her location the first time I came in there the high blood pressure she put me on a water pill in a some time even though I was a coach and I explain to her about myself being in the heat end up going to the hospital for dehydration I gave doctor a second chance I was diagnosed with Covid December 25 2021 I am formed her I am not going to emergency room from my school that I teach I want to talk to her about my pre-conditions explain to her very well my medication today I'm on in the muscle seen a psychiatrist I had a Short non-informal discussion about my health she could've cared less the nurse wrote down all my prescription they needed I've been back to the office four times and she still has not got my medication right I recommend you never to see this fucking crazy woman again read more

DON'T GO TO THIS PROVIDER! I was extremely sick, their NP was treating me for over a month. I never seen the doctor which was ok. The NP took me out of work filled paperwork out for my leave incorrectly. After my hospital visit I went back to getting treated by her, and needed her to correct the paperwork. I went back up to the office to give them the paperwork and the doctor (NP wasn't there) refused to fill out my paperwork. Even after she looked at all of my conditions, appointments, and hospital visits. The doctor talked to me so inappropriate and treated me like dirt! Her attitude is horrible and she looks down on black people. Even her staff couldn't understand why she wasn't filling the paperwork out because they seen me getting treated multiple times. I am now having to go through my attorney to resolve this matter. DO NOT GO !!!! Find someone who cares about the well being and lively hood of their patients. read more

where do I began? let's start with, the wait time is LONG as hell. the lady at the front desk, with the grey dredlocks (Maxine), is not very friendly at times. I saw a sign that they posted, saying they pay for referrals. I've referred a few people there, and I have not been compensated. I asked Maxine (the front desk lady) several times about my referral fee compensation, and she proceeded to give me excuses. Dr. Niaz is hardly ever there, so you will be seeing the NP (nurse practionioner). When I did see Dr. Niaz, she is rude as all hell and tried to tell me that I wasn't experiencing sypmtons that I told her I was experiencing.. I called to do a walk-in apt, because I left work one day bc I felt really bad. I called right back within 8 mins and cancelled bc I didn't feel like sitting for a long period of time and just wanted to go get in my bed. the girl that I spoke to (Ysma) from the Lawrenceville office told me I would be charged 40.00. I asked to speak to someone about it.. she told me no one was available to speak to because the Lithonia office does not receive calls during the day, and that she would relay the message to the appropriate person. needless to say, weeks went by, they began sending email after email to me threatening that if I didn't pay FIFTY dollars, that a 10.00 late fee would be added to that 50.00. I received SEVERAL of those emails, but NEVER a phone call back. I called a total of SIX times, left messages, asked YSMA to let them know it was urgent to call me back to resolve the issue. weeks later, STILL NO CALL BACK, I called the Lithonia office over and over, NO ANSWER. they sent an email to me, stating they would not refill any of my prescriptions, until the FIFTY dollars is paid. this place is VERY unprofessional, not consistent, DO NOT return calls, and ask their patients to refer patients to them, and refuse to compensate them for the referrals. I've been going to Dr. Niaz for YEARS, but I will NEVER step foot back in that office and my referrals will be enlightened on this matter as well.. DO NOT FOOL WITH THIS PLACE.!!! read more
