This is the best Hearing aid center in San Diego. The audiologist Beth was very attentive and kind to my mother who is 90 with severe hearing loss and dementia. After several years of audiologists experience I've had reasonable service and fair results. After my experience with Hillcrest Hearing Center I will never go elsewhere. I am a patient for life. To start with the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always on point. I've never had to wait past my appointment time and always greeted with a smile. The audiologist, Beth Lee is exceptional. I've had past issues with poor fitting hearing aids and poor sound adjustments but not here. Beth was extremely focused on proper fit and sound adjustment and quality. Even after a problem with an ear piece from the manufacturer she took the time and extra effort to make sure the fit was perfect. Even following up days later to see if everything was still comfortable. She is truly a gifted professional. I'm 100% satisfied with the Hillcrest Hearing Center. read more
