So at least the guy working was polite and nice - so at least decent service for a no service - service station. Anyway - broken bathroom - so two gas stations right off the freeway and both have no bathrooms - which is technically illegal in California - but I doubt that law is enforced - so I gave them no business - if a gas station has a rest room and I use it - I will ALWAYS purchase something so they no it is appreciated they have a functional bathroom. Fraudulent activity going on there. Just be safe when using your credit cards and things of that sort. I was charged two day's straight the day of their opening. I left the city and I was charged twice without being present. They were no help when trying to solve the problem. read more

Place is clean and the price per gallon go of gas is comparable in the area. They do have a fairly decent car wash but at times it can get backed up. The pumps are always in good working order and the times I've been there, they have towels and good squeegee. read more

They are usually always open. But there was one time when I went there and they were closed. I can't remember why just that the lady said they were not open. I'm a quality type of girl. And I like to pump grade-A non watered down gas. So I take my car to Shell and Shell only. Yes, times are tough & gas is expensive. But I'd like to believe that giving my car that extra little something (like Shell gas) will make it last that much longer. This station in particular is right next to the freeway, so its great for those who just want to pull up and go. There's also Jack in the Box, Applebees, Sizzler, and a few other restos within walking distance so if you're in a rush AND hungry. Its definitely convenient. The store is just like any other gas station store. Although I have seen it during its better and brighter days. Perhaps its time for a renovation?? Customer service is exactly how I would expect gas station service to be: sub-par and dry. The guy that works here during the afternoons is nice and helpful. But there's also a crabby lady (I haven't seen her lately) that I try to avoid at all costs. I'm traumatized by the car wash because last time I took my car through it, the machine broke down halfway through the cycle. There was soap all over my car and I had to take it somewhere else to get washed... So BEWARE!!! All in all, this gas station is OK. Good location, but I've been to much cleaner and more modern looking Shell gas stations in the area, with much more consistent customer service. read more

Sometimes I run low on gas and I need to just add maybe ten dollars worth of it in my car to make it back home. It's the last times of my life where I don't want to drive out to Safeway or to Costco to get the cheap gas. I went to one pump. Looked a bit dated, but whatever I've been 'round other pumps that were dated and still worked. This one not so much. Nor did the next one. Horrible experience. I provide professional "in home" consultations for the surrounding community. I was told that I can't use the restroom because homeless people mess it up. It was the way the staff made me feel, I hope no one else has to experience what that was like. Absolutely humiliating. Honestly this is a gas station it they are always closing whenever they want to. 9:35 walked up to the door to have a man who didn't even seem to work there cause he wasn't even in his uniform or wearing a mask just for him to look at me like I'm stupid and yell "we're closed" says they close at 12 but this ain't the first time this happened to me or people that I know. The workers literally close whenever they want to it's ridiculous. This is my only complaint, the night crew needs to be written up I haven't had any issues during the day. read more

I don't usually rate a gas station because, well why? It's just gas! However, this station is one worth passing up. Staff is Always Rude! They never have enough people on staff to re-fill propane. Especially when it close to a big grilling season like weekend before Super Bowl or Labor Day! They either are not trained to do it or cannot leave store because some one is in break or not arrived so you have to wait 20-45 mins. Why sell it? Or at least put up hours that you do the re-fills and be properly staffed to service your customers. No need to use your hard earned dollars on the overpriced gas, bad service and unavailability of products! If Zero Stars were an option that would be my choice. read more

Customer service sucks! Always understaffed! Took 1 hr one day for the person to fill 2 propane tanks. Most days they always say come back in 15 minutes or they are not filling propane! Why have a propane fill station if your workers can't do it or don't have enough people. It's ok I'll just start going across street and just exchange at 7-11 since they at least have wokrers who are friendly and can do the job! I'd give negative stars if I could! read more

A terrible place and dangerous people. I had a car wash today the dryer didn't dry my car and I claimed about it. A girl with short hair honestly I was thinking he was a boy but not. She is rude girl. When I told her that it's my second time that your dryer has problem she said don't come back again. I told her ok I will not come back but it's not fair for this time at least you should refund me a free car wash and then she said leave our country go to your country. I'm 7 months pregnant and I was 2nd in line. The cashier took the 3 people BEHIND me before he rang me up for my gas purchase. Thats 3 transactions before me. He completely ignored me. Then turns out their save mart rewards program is down. Thats the whole point of why went there in the first place! THEN, I go to pump gas in pump #1 and what happens? NO GAS! So I waddle back in there and the cashier had put me down for pump #6. UGH. Needless to say I will not be back here again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Labor day weekend coming up and we're having a big block party. I've been recruited to man a grill so I decided that I need more propane. I load up my 2 tanks and wouldn't you know it this particular Shell station is advertising propane, just my luck. So I pull in and head inside to a line of 6 customers. I wait my turn and when I get to the front I say that I'd like to get some propane, as it isn't self serve for obvious reasons. I'm told they can't sell me propane until 3pm when the clerk is relieved (1.5 hours from now). Can't say that I waited as its seems to me if you place extra advertising to up sell a product or service you offer, you best damn be able to provide that product or service in a reasonable amount of time. Probably want to reconsider your staffing schedules with this full service product being so heavily promoted. read more

This is a terrible gas station. Nothing ever works. And then I go to the car wash and I sit in line for 20 minutes only to pull up and there's a small sign on the car wash pay portal saying you have to pay inside. Why would that not be posted on the outside entrance so somebody who drives in is notified of this before wasting time waiting in line? So then I called because I'm frustrated that I'm stuck in this line and of course the number is disconnected.
