Lived in this community along time. Good location, close to everything. HOA fees have gone up dramatically since 2020. Now coming in June 2025 we have to pay the contracted towing company $30 a year per vehicle to park on the property. This is on top of HOA fees. Will this company be worth it? Will they stay on top of the parking or be like the previous towing company and do nothing. Parking is limited here. Will they really collect $5 a night per overnight guest parking? Will the overnight guest parking be enforced. We have designated overnight guest parking that is not conveniently located for residents on the east side of the property. Its on the west side by the on site playground. We do have a nice HOA in-ground pool and clubhouse for amenities. Generally a quiet community as long as the kids don't play in the courtyards and around the buildings. read more

I have lived here ( not by choice) I own my condo. It is utterly ridiculous to now charge $30 for each vehicle through a towing company that they said it was for our advantage. Yet I I abandoned cars and businesses vehicles taking up spots as well . There is a back lot that in the past was used for business vehicles. With this economy to do this is unfair as well we did not get to vote on this. Management since Lynn O'Halloran was here has drastically gone down. She actually took care of the community. read more

Honestly in this economy it's RIDICULOUS TO BE CHARGING 30$ ANNUALLY FOR PARKING. & 5$ for visitors??? Having visitors use to be free, all you had to do was call the vehicle in. If your car does end up getting towed it's 40$ extra than what it used to be($200). The association will charge you for LEGIT ANYTHING. if there is a rotting pumpkin left outside ur kids made it's a 50$ FINE. read more
