I mean, come on, Indian cuisine is so rich when it comes to flavourful vegetables (like dal, for instance, or saag aloo), so why not replace some of the obsolete rice with some vegetables?

Seriously, if someone goes 'fiery' on their wrap there would always be some tears in our audit room - I can write more about their chilli sauce which is, well, Spicy. Actually so far - the only one that makes me cry (and I love it). For those of you who are not so keen on running mascara - don't add chilli sauce but definitely have a wrap there for lunch if you're nearby! Or if you're out with work colleagues in a pub nearby on a Friday evening and don't feel like a kebab. Seriously, even for me it looks fairly healthy (that is if you don't add rice, cheese or potatoes to your wrap)! If you ask - they can customise it for you, even if what and how you want it may not be on the menu. I love their Caribbean roti with fiery tandoor chicken and salad - my personal invention. Both are very, very authentic and extremely delicious! The downside is their 'medium' size, it should be called 'small' in all fairness. And they always offer you to increase it, but that of course is up to you to do!

No complaints there, the food itself was excellent, The king prawn pathia had a really well spiced non creamy sauce with great prawns and the sekuwa murgh kebab was a tasty chicken tandoori. The paloong side just added was a great side but the sqid kalipare (calamares) was a little soggy though that may be due to the long trek of finding our flat (the flat is a little too secluded for its own good) The only other complaint was that the food took a bit of time and the I thought the yoghurt sauce was quite sweet. The portions were big but not huge as others have described with a £25 spend (one main and 3 sides/starters) filing two of us perfectly. So just like the tiffin boxes of my childhood the Tiffin Tin of Tuffnell Park will continue to feed me.

The same air conditioning units, sterile white walls which they've tried to decorate with limited success and a few chairs and tables scattered around to highlight you're able to eat in. The menus offer a varied amount of sushi but lets be clear. Whilst the food is good quality, it's also a little pricey. As an example of what to expect, this place does 2 portion Unagi Niri (Eel atop sushi rice) for £5.50 for 2 pieces. A small selection (4-6 pieces) of a single type of sushi roll will cost you around £5-8 with most of the larger 8 roll portions which is about comfortable eating for a light lunch will cost around £14-16 depending on the filling. Whilst there is a chef's assortment of 16 types of small and large rolls, it's a shame most of the other plates are just one type. To select the 8 rolls of different varieties from the 2 roll selection would cost you upwards of £20. Value for money is pretty bad. But taste wise, this place gives you a lot of filling, big rolls and don't skimp on meat. I had the Tiger Rolls for my first visit which came with a delicious mango sauce. Filled with tiger prawn, avocado, kewpie mayo...the rice was seasoned perfectly, and served at lukewarm temperature. It was just a shame there were only 8 rolls. I could have eaten 2-3 more which I think would have been the perfect portion. They don't serve Calpico which I was looking forward to with my sushi. Whilst I certainly like this place, there are two mains problems. Firstly, it's lacking any character whatsoever. Food items are scribbled onto chalk-boards with a price but it's difficult to understand what you're getting and I'm sure people will be surprised at the value for money proposition. It's easier to justify pricier fare if the atmosphere and surroundings are top notch, but at around £2-3 a mouthful on average in a poorly decorated establishment you certainly remember to savour every-bite, but sadly this isn't somewhere I can probably afford to eat every week. I'll certainly be back, and try something else on the menu, as this is the only proper sushi place bankside. They also specialise in take-away according to the motorbikes outside the shop and deliver free for orders in the vicinity over £20. Easy spend between 2 persons.

Situated in the heart of Hampstead you would expect the prices to be less reasonable, but the prices are pretty good considering you get such large portions. The shop's located on the corner of Muikirk Road and Sandhurst Parade with parking quite easy as most of the area is residential roads.
